Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a premier commercial real estate location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity at the entrance, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. In this visible role, you will help to create a professional experience while reflecting a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, and integrity every day.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $24.44 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM### What You'll Do* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.* Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or visitor information, issuing passes as directed, and documenting arrivals and departures.* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and completing required reports.* Support day-to-day front desk operations by answering questions, directing guests, observing lobby activity, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or other security-related concerns.* Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by maintaining a visible front desk presence and following established property procedures.Minimum Requirements:* Be at least 21 years of age.* A guard card or license is preferred.* Customer service experience is preferred.* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.* A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:* Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.* Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.* Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.* Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
