About the Position The Engineering Maintenance Representative role maintains hotel operations by repairing, replacing, and refurbishing items, ensuring safety and cleanliness of all areas, following preventive maintenance schedules, and reporting supply levels. A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day Repairing, replacing and refurbishing items around the hotel. Taking responsibility for safety and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas. Following the preventive maintenance calendar and seeking new ways to improve guest experiences. Keeping the supervisor or duty manager updated on supply levels. Being ready to step up and take on extra duties when needed. Requirements At least one year of maintenance or repair work. High school diploma or related vocational training. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, building‑management programs, and reporting tools such as HotSos, Opera, or Bartech. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and preventive‑maintenance procedures. Physical fitness to be on your feet, bend, and kneel. Excellent communication skills.
