Workers' Compensation Paralegal

Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to manage a full desk of cases from intake through resolution. This is a hybrid 2 days on-site and 3 days remote position! The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of WC laws and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of Workers' Compensation cases, including client communication, filings, and document preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Maintain case calendars and deadlines. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers. Ensure compliance with state WC regulations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation experience. Strong understanding of WC statutes and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
