We’re hiring a Recruiter who loves the chase: building relationships, generating candidate interest, and developing a pipeline of placeable talent. Healthcare recruitment experience is strongly preferred , but we’ll also consider early-career recruiters with strong sales instincts and the drive to learn our niche. We will train you in domain knowledge and provide you with the tools, training, team support, and structure to succeed. What you’ll do (day-to-day) Use technology tools to complement calling efforts and engage candidates open to new opportunities. Develop and maintain professional relationships with qualified potential candidates. Continuously build domain knowledge of community healthcare and FQHCs . Maintain consistent communication with candidates; manage expectations, schedules, and momentum. Attract, assess, and hand off placeable candidates to the team Director for evaluation and client submittal. Perform candidate reference checks at the request of the client, Account Executive, or Director. Cultivate a network of candidates through calls, social media, and email. You’re building trust quickly with candidates that you connect with, respond to your messages, and follow your guidance. You create candidate “gravity”: people refer colleagues to you because you run a professional process. What we’re looking for Healthcare recruiting experience preferred; early-career recruiters considered (we train the right attitude). Strong internet research ability and comfort sourcing online. Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Office). A sales mentality with a solutions-based attitude.High attention to detail; able to work independently and in a team setting. Strong judgment with confidential information and time-sensitive priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong ethics and professionalism.
