Provide ongoing wound care management using evidence-based approaches. Collaborate with facility staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Document visits clearly and thoroughly in the EMR. Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care best practices. Adjust treatment strategies based on healing progress. Serve as a clinical partner supporting improved standards of wound care across multiple settings. Active Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license (FNP, AGNP, or similar). Current Ohio NP/PA license and DEA (or eligibility). Experience in wound care; wound care certification preferred. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
