We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Transformation.Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – Onsite once per month)Job Type: ContractJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise products and drive strategic product transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong product management professional who has successfully managed products from ideation through launch and optimization while working within large, complex organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience in product strategy, roadmap development, PI Planning, KPI/OKR management, and enterprise transformation efforts focused on transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy and planning through launch and continuous improvement.Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.Lead PI Planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment.Develop and track KPIs, OKRs, and product performance metrics.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements and new features.Drive product transformation initiatives, including Lean Portfolio Management adoption and organizational change efforts.Coach and mentor teams on product management best practices and agile methodologies.Create executive-level presentations, reports, and product performance updates.Support successful product launches and ongoing product optimization.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.10+ years of overall professional experience with 5+ years in Product Management.Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery.Experience working in large, complex, and fast-paced organizations.Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, Agile/SAFe methodologies, KPI/OKR management, and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and Aha!.Preferred Qualifications:SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification.PMP or related Project Management certification.Experience leading product operating model transformations.Exposure to AI/ML and cloud technologies.Healthcare domain experience supporting products such as Enrollment, Claims, Customer/Member Services, or Reporting & Analytics.Lumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
