Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | K–12 Schools

Work Environment: Onsite Only (No Virtual/Remote)
Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, onsite school-based position with Marlboro County School District in Bennettsville, South Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year .
This role involves providing therapy services to K–12 students across multiple school sites , helping improve mobility, access, and participation in the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students in a school setting
- Evaluate and treat students with mobility, strength, and physical development needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure IDEA and state compliance
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license (REQUIRED)
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy planning
- Strong communication and organizational skills
