Role Synopsis

The (Manager, TA Business Operations Systems) is responsible for leading geographically dispersed teams across the United States, Mexico, and India that support critical business capabilities including Procure-to-Pay operations, supplier enablement, master data management, rebate administration, and restaurant technology platforms. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for Coupa Procure-to-Pay, Aloha POS, Radar back-office systems, truck service master data, and merchaniding rebate programs, ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

The position serves as a key partner to F inance, Procurement, Merchandising, Operations, IT, Accounts Payable, suppliers, and the broader global bp organization to align priorities, standardize processes, implement new ways of working, and drive continuous improvement . Through strong people leadership, process governance, technology enablement, and data-driven decision making, the role is accountable for optimizing business performance, strengthening controls, enhancing user experiences, and delivering scalable solutions that support organizational growth and strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities

· Lead, develop, and coach the US-based Coupa Procure-to-Pay team responsible for procurement operations, supplier enablement, vendor and catalog administration, punchout integrations, invoice resolution, user support, training, and system governance, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused procurement processes across the organization.

· Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through collaboration with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, IT, suppliers, and the broader global bp Procurement organization to standardize processes, align priorities, establish new ways of working, optimize Coupa and SAP integrations, and enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and adoption of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay ecosystem.

· Lead, develop, and coach a Mexico-based team responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Aloha POS and Radar back-office systems, ensuring accurate menu, pricing, inventory, loyalty, promotions, recipe, and reporting data that enable efficient QSR, FSR, and Store Deli operations and accurate financial reporting data.

· Lead, develop, and coach a team of India based Truck Service Master Data Management Coordinator and TA merchandising Rebate Analyst, ensuring high-quality execution of data governance, rebate administration, compliance, service-level performance, and continuous improvement objectives.

Drive service excellence, operational performance, and collaborator satisfaction through effective resource management, issue resolution, change governance, and collaboration with Operations, IT, Finance, Merchandising, and busineee partners to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and alignment to service level commitments.

Education

· Bachelor Degree educated or equivalent in related area

• Demonstrates expertise in business systems governance and support, including procurement platforms, POS environments, back-office applications, integrations, and technology-enabled process improvements.

7. Commercial, Financial & Procurement Acumen

• Understands procurement operations, supplier relationships, rebates, inventory management, purchasing controls, invoicing processes, and the financial implications of operational decisions.

8. Risk, Compliance & Control Management

• Ensures consistency to policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, data governance principles, and internal controls while proactively identifying and mitigating operational and financial risks.

Desirable criteria

· Prior experience leading a Coupa P2P team as well as Coupa implementation experience a plus.

· Working knowledge of SAP systems.

· Prior experience with Radar or other Restaurant back office system as well as restaurant POS system administration.

How much do we pay (Base)? ($135,00 - $155,000 (Minimum & Maximum)) *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

 
This position is eligible for US Benefits Select . This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays .
