Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care within our facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to diverse patient populations.

Job Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Participate in patient and family education and support.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Experience in nursing care, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
Knowledge of EMR systems; experience with PCC preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
IV certification is required for LPNs.

Work Schedule

Rotating weekend requirement (every other weekend).
Holidays on a rotating basis (every other holiday).
Shifts available in 8-hour and 12-hour formats.
Location-specific orientation will be provided (1-2 shifts).

Patient Population

The Registered Nurse will primarily work with patients diagnosed with:

Dementia
Diabetes
Hypertension
Chronic kidney disease
Fall risks
Activities of daily living (ADL) assistance
