Job Functions: The applicant will assist in all areas of the law firm practice which would include client consultations, analyzing and researching legal issues, participating in 341 hearings and confirmation hearings, and motion practice. Bankruptcy is a very client intensive area of practice. Much of your day will be spent on client interaction such as in person client meetings, client phone calls, and responding to client e-mails.  There are no billable hours, no travel required, and an enjoyable work environment. All hearings are conducted by Zoom so there is no travel to the courthouse.  The position is in office as we have a lot of client meetings and collaboration with other staff.

Compensation : Depends on experience. On the 3rd year of employment, employees are eligible to receive 25% of their gross wages in an employer-paid SEP retirement plan.
