Attorney - associate - law

We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a direct hire opportunity in Tampa, FL, focused on commercial litigation, business litigation, and related civil litigation matters. This role is ideal for a litigation attorney who wants hands‑on case responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to work on complex disputes from inception through resolution. The Associate Attorney will join a professional legal services environment that values strong advocacy, thoughtful case strategy, collaboration, and high‑quality client service. Manage commercial, business, civil, insurance, property, and contract litigation matters from case intake through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.

Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and develop litigation strategies and recommendations.

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, court personnel, attorneys, and internal staff.

Maintain case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, and case management responsibilities with accuracy and organization.
