A company in Columbus, Indiana is hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians to their team! This is a direct hire opportunity!
The Maintenance Technician will:
- Perform maintenance and repair on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Replace 3-4 motors per day as part of daily responsibilities.
- Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Assist with other general maintenance duties as needed.
Maintenance Technician's Pay/Benefits:
- Up to $30/HR (based on experience)

Industrial Maintenance Technician Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday / 2 PM-10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 10:30 PM-6 AM
Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
- Familiarity with 480v three-phase electricity
- Proficient in using voltmeters and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Experience working with ammonia-based systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
