ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Audit and implement accounts payable transactions. Reconcile accounts payable and maintain payment records. Issue and maintain credit applications as necessary. Assist with monthly closings. Responsible for scanning invoices. Responsible for processing incoming accounts payable mail.
