Structured Finance Associate (2–5 Years' Experience) Work on sophisticated transactions representing a broad client base that includes banks, private equity and hedge funds, finance companies, and public/private corporations. Key responsibilities: Advise on structured finance transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, servicing agreements, and financings Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents Manage communications with clients and counterparties Collaborate on all aspects of deal execution and closings Support the team with strategic, high-value matters This is a strong fit for candidates looking to deepen their deal experience within a close-knit, high-performing team.
