Business Developer, Energy & EPC

NanoTech is seeking a highly driven Business Developer (Energy / EPC Focus) to aggressively expand market share across the Houston and broader Texas energy markets. This is a true hunter role focused on new business acquisition, pipeline generation, and closing opportunities across oil & gas, power generation, data centers, and industrial infrastructure. You will be responsible for building relationships from the ground up, identifying high-value opportunities, and converting them into long-term revenue streams. You will be responsible for building relationships from the ground up, identifying high-value opportunities, and converting them into long-term revenue streams. Regional Focus – Energy / Industrial Markets This role is centered around: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical EPC firms and capital projects Power generation & utilities Data centers & battery energy storage Preferred exposure to: Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) Asset integrity / reliability Industrial coatings or specialty materials Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new business across energy and industrial sectors Build relationships with EPCs, owners, operators, and contractors Identify project opportunities through field engagement and site visits Drive adoption of NanoTech technologies across multiple applications Manage full sales cycle: lead generation → close Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy Represent NanoTech in industry events and customer engagements Qualifications 3–7+ years in business development, technical sales, or industrial sales Proven ability to generate new business (hunter mentality required) Experience in energy, EPC, oil & gas, or industrial environments Strong communication and closing skills Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup environment Preferred Mechanical / engineering background Experience with coatings, reliability, or asset performance Preferred exposure to Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) Asset integrity / reliability Industrial coatings or specialty materials Benefits Competitive Salary Uncapped Commission Profit Sharing Stock Option Eligibility (post 1 year) Health Benefits + PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr NanoTech Materials, Inc.
