Position Overview MedStar Women's Health is seeking a qualified Women's Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our regional service line at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Benefits Competitive salary and incentive opportunities Great mentorship from established WHNPs, MD/DO peers, and administrators Comprehensive onboarding and training process 30 days of paid time off, plus 7 holidays and 2 additional personal days CME allowance with 5 CME days outside of PTO Variety of health coverage plans, plus dental and vision insurance Excellent retirement benefits with employer match Minimal Qualifications Education Master's degree graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the Maryland State and/or DC Board Examiners of Nurses Experience 1-2 years as a nurse practitioner; may require additional experience in specialty; ideal candidate is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or a Nurse Practitioner with extensive women’s health experience Licenses and Certifications NP – Licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia (or any combination based on work location) CPR – Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) from AHA or American Red Cross within 90 days Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Verbal and written communication skills; good problem-solving and independent judgment; basic computer skills preferred Compensation USD $115,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr MedStar Health
