• Valid SLPA licensure in the state of Texas
• Experience supporting Speech-Language Pathologists in educational or pediatric environments
• Knowledge of speech, language, and communication interventions for school-age children
• Excellent organizational skills to track student progress and documentation
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism within a school setting

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out speech and language program activities as directed by supervising SLPs
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to implement therapy plans
• Gather and record progress data and report observations to the supervising SLP
• Adapt activities based on individual student needs and IEP goals
• Help maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
• Participate in meetings and trainings to enhance your expertise
