Litigation Secretary

The secretary will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as filing documents with the courts and supporting the attorney’s during trial. Position Responsibilities: Editing and finalizing legal documents, letters, and reports. Filing with state, federal, and appellate courts (including e-filling). Assist multiple attorneys. Perform general law office duties such as copying, scanning, answering phones, and responding to emails. Position Requirements: 5 years of prior experience in litigation and/or appellate matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
