Production Supervisor

Our client, an established Food Manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor 2nd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality food products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor 2nd shift

Location: Fresno, CA

Pay Range: $25+/hr

Schedule: M -F, 2 pm - 10 pm (flexible)

What’s the Job?

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production schedules are met.

• Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees

• Schedule and assign work to ensure efficient production flow.

• Monitor productivity, quality, labor, and equipment performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC, USDA/FDA, OSHA, and company policies.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation.

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
