NYC local 638B union HVAC contractor seeks experienced HVAC PM's for their growing business. MUST have commercial HVAC experience. Fully paid union benefits apply to this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC projects from contract award through project closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Procure materials and equipment while monitoring delivery schedules.
- Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Resolve project issues, change orders, and customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, and documentation.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, and warranty documentation.
