Patient Relations Advocate & Issue Resolution Leader
Loma Linda University Medical Center
Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Patient Relations Specialist to manage the Complaint and Grievance Management processes for LLU Medical Center and LLUCH. You will listen to consumer concerns, advocate for resolution, and coordinate department activities to ensure CMS and Joint Commission compliance.
