Join Mary Agnes Manor's Dedicated Team in Buffalo, New York! Mary Agnes Manor is a 230-bed Assisted Living Residence located on the beautiful and historic D’Youville Campus. As a the Director of Housekeeping at Mary Agnes Manor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our residents and staff. About the Role: In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing effective cleaning protocols, managing staff, and maintaining budgetary responsibility. Responsibilities: Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent performance Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including laundry, trash removal, and floor maintenance Develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Develop and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effective operations Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisory Housekeeping Role Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising staff Ability to develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Final compensation depends on experience and credentials.
