Sales & Marketing Coordinator Phoenix, AZ | Supports all Arizona markets | Full-Time, Exempt Location Phoenix, AZ (based); regular travel to Wecom markets statewide - hybrid schedule Reports To Sales & Marketing Leadership Position Summary The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, generalist role supporting Wecom Fiber's Sales and Marketing functions across all Arizona markets. Based in Phoenix, this person will own the company's social media presence, plan and staff local marketing events and sponsorships across our eight-county footprint and provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams -- including invoicing, vendor coordination, and sales enablement. This is an ideal role for an organized, self-directed marketer who enjoys variety, wants exposure to a full-funnel go-to-market operation, and is comfortable being on the road supporting local markets. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content ? Own Wecom Fiber's social media channels end-to-end: content calendar, copywriting, graphics/video coordination, scheduling, community management, and reporting. ? Capture photo/video content at local events, install milestones, and community activities across Arizona markets for use in social and marketing collateral. ? Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance. Local & Regional Events ? Coordinate logistics for community events, ribbon cuttings, sponsorships, and trade shows across Wecom's Arizona markets -- venue/vendor booking, materials, signage, and staffing. ? Represent Wecom Fiber on-site at local events, working directly with community partners, chambers, and municipal contacts. ? Manage the events calendar and travel schedule across the eight-county footprint. Sales & Marketing Operations Support ? Process and track marketing and sales-related invoices; manage purchase orders and budget reconciliation with Finance. ? Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (print, signage, promotional items, media buys) -- sourcing quotes, managing timelines, and confirming deliverables. ? Support the Sales team with collateral, presentation materials, lead-gen event follow-up, and CRM/administrative tasks as needed. ? Assist with internal communications, leadership presentations, and cross-functional projects as assigned. Qualifications ? 2-4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, event marketing, or a related field. ? Demonstrated experience managing brand social media accounts (content creation, scheduling tools, analytics). ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple markets, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously. ? Comfortable with regular in-state travel (valid driver's license required); some evening/weekend event work. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social scheduling platforms a plus. ? Telecom, ISP, or utility industry experience a plus but not required. ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
