Job Type and Location Job Type: Regular. Work Location: Market - AMRET - NJ - New York 235 Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory. Schedule and Pay Schedule: Monday - Friday. Pay: $25 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity. Requirements Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. Field‑based role requiring daily travel within the assigned territory. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Reliable transportation within the assigned territory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment. Organized and reliable with a strong route‑management approach. Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused. What You’ll Do Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met. What This Role Looks Like Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory. Approximately 22–35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams. Benefits No weekends. Weekly pay (DailyPay options available). Next‑day pay options available. Company‑provided mobile device and materials. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits. Demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity. Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
