Graphic Designer - Environmental / Signage / RetailLocation: New York, NY (hybrid) Alternate location: Wilmington, DE (hybrid), Philadelphia, PA (hybrid) Duration: 6 months, possibility of extensionRole OverviewWe are seeking an Environmental Graphic Design Project Manager to lead the execution of dynamic brand activations, signage rollouts, and experiential design initiatives. Acting as the connective tissue between creative concepts and physical/digital implementation, you will partner with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to translate business strategy into intuitive customer touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Product and Brand stakeholders to drive product storytelling across physical and digital customer touchpoints.Technical Review & Design: Review technical signage and fabrication drawings to ensure accuracy and structural feasibility for large-scale, network-wide physical rollouts.Brand Asset Execution: Design high-impact signage and graphic elements that strictly adhere to established brand guidelines and campaign standards.Agency & Vendor Management: Direct external agency partners through concept development and production, providing detailed feedback on 2D, 3D, and digital UX/UI deliverables.Executive Presentations: Build and deliver visually compelling presentation decks to align leadership, internal teams, and third-party partners on creative direction.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in environmental graphic design, signage design, brand activations, experiential marketing, or a related field.Built Environment Expertise: Proven track record of designing graphic elements tailored specifically to physical spaces.Technical Review Skills: Hands-on experience reviewing architectural, signage, and fabrication drawings.Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Preferred Qualifications & DifferentiatorsExperience managing large-scale brand rollouts or experiential retail/corporate space activations.Familiarity with physical-to-digital UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, or a related field.Strong agency management skills with a collaborative, fast-paced, agile mindset.EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
