12V Installer / Automotive Electronics TechnicianMills Auto Group is expanding and we are looking for an experienced 12V Installer to join our growing performance and off-road division.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean installs, understands vehicle electrical systems, and enjoys building customized vehicles.What You’ll Be InstallingOff-road lighting systemsSwitch panels & auxiliary power systemsAudio upgrades & subwoofer systemsLift kit electronics & accessory wiringCameras, sensors, and safety equipmentBed lighting, rock lights, and underglowWinches and powered accessoriesOEM accessory installationsResponsibilitiesPerform professional 12-volt installations on trucks, Jeeps, and SUVsDiagnose electrical issues related to aftermarket accessoriesWire accessories using proper routing, protection, and termination standardsMaintain OEM-quality installation appearanceWork closely with service advisors and motorsports teamDocument installs with photos when requiredQualificationsPrior 12V installation experience requiredStrong understanding of automotive electrical systemsAbility to read wiring diagramsExperience with CANBUS systems preferredClean wiring and fabrication skills are a mustValid driver’s licenseWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay + performance incentivesConsistent workloadBrand new growing motorsports divisionAccess to dealership resources and trainingOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding programIdeal CandidateYou’re the person people trust to wire their vehicle correctly the first time.
