Contracts Specialist

Job TitleDraft, negotiate, and execute complex, high-impact supplier agreements in collaboration with Legal, Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing agreements related to EDA tools and services, software licensing, foundry IP licensing, IoT technologies, production devices, and service agreements.
