SAP User
Our client, an energy company located in Burlington, MA, has an immediate need for an Order Entry Temp to join their team on a 6-9 month contract. The client went live with SAP recently and is in need of someone that is familiar with the SAP OTC process from a user standpoint. This person will have experience with the full order management life cycle within SAP. This person will be able to enter orders/returns, create and send invoices as well as trigger the shipping and order process for new, refurbished, and warrantied B2B transactions. There is a backlog of orders that need to be entered into SAP and this person will need to be highly proficient with the system/process already.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Reviews, enters, and manages customer orders into SAP.
- System processing of orders/returns.
- System fulfillment of the order: ie: shipping/transportation.
- Generating invoices/processing payment/refunds.
- Provides feedback on customer issues such as ordering errors, missing information, and invalid requests.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts to drive quality and productivity improvements.
Required Skills:
- Expertise with Order Entry and Processing within SAP.
- Attention to detail. The order entry coding function requires the ability to follow multiple instructions for various product types.
- Familiar with transaction codes (tcodes) specifically ZIN and ZOR.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
