These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are looking for a hands-on SAP Finance Functional Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions that support critical business operations across a global organization.In this role, you'll partner Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translatecomplexrequirementsintoscalableSAPsolutions,withaprimaryfocusonSAPFI/CO,ProjectSystems(PS),andrelatedbusinessprocesses.You'llplayakeyroleinSAPtransformationinitiatives,systemenhancements,andcontinuousimprovementeffortswhilehelpingshapethefutureSAProadmap.ThisisanexcellentopportunityforanexperiencedSAPprofessionalwhoenjoyssolvingbusinessproblems,influencingstrategy,andleadingprojectsfromdesignthroughdeployment.Job Duties and Responsibilities:LeadsolutiondesignandarchitectureforSAPFinance(FI/CO),PS,andrelatedbusinessprocesses,withastrongunderstandingofintegrationacrossSAPmodulesincludingMM,PP,andSD.Partnerwithbusinessstakeholderstounderstandrequirementsandtranslatethemintoscalable,integratedSAPsolutionsalignedwithenterprisearchitecture.ProvidefunctionalleadershipforSAPimplementations,upgrades,enhancements,andtransformationinitiatives.Collaboratewithtechnicalarchitects,developers,andintegrationteamstodelivercohesiveend-to-endsolutionsandseamlessdataflowsacrossSAPandnon-SAPsystems.Developandmaintainsolutionarchitecturedocumentation,includingprocessflows,functionalspecifications,andconfigurationguidance.ProvideoversightforSAPconfiguration,customdevelopment,datamigration,andsolutionqualityacrossprojectdeliverables.Supporttesting,training,changemanagement,anduseradoptionactivitiestoensuresuccessfulsolutiondeployment.LeadfunctionaldesignreviewsandpromoteSAPstandards,bestpractices,andgovernanceacrosstheSAPlandscape.Providefunctionalleadershipandmentorshiptointernalteammembersandexternalconsultants.PartnerwithSAPleadershiptodefinefuture-statesolutionsandsupportbusinessgrowth,continuousimprovement,andstrategicSAPinitiatives.Job Qualifications:10+yearsofhands-onSAPfunctionalexperience,includingatleasttwofulllifecycleSAPimplementations.Bachelor'sdegreerequired.StrongexpertiseinSAPFinance(FI/CO),includingCostingandManagementAccountingdesign.ExperiencewithSAPECC,S/4HANA,andSAPFiori.Strongunderstandingofcross-functionalSAPprocessesandintegrationsacrossmodulessuchasMM,PP,SD,andPS.ExperienceleadingSAPprojects,enhancements,andbusinesstransformationinitiatives.UnderstandingofSAPintegrationtechnologiesincludingCPI,BTP,andrelatedSAPplatforms.Experienceworkingwithinmanufacturing,lifesciences,consumerproducts,orotherregulatedindustriespreferred.FamiliaritywithAgile,hybrid,orwaterfalldeliverymethodologies.Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytotranslatecomplextechnicalconceptsintobusinesssolutions.Strongprojectleadership,stakeholdermanagement,andproblem-solvingskills.Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.Salary Range: $114,800.00-$153,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
