Business Manager, Program Controls

Multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis Coordinate the development Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management Support proposal development and program start up activities Requirements Typically requires BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance work experience Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX,
