Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position to support our Detox Center in Federal Way, Washington. This role requires a commitment to providing compassionate and effective social work services to individuals undergoing detoxification and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their needs and goals for recovery.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that align with each client’s unique circumstances.
• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with the care team.
• Provide individualized support and psychoeducation to clients and their families about the recovery process and available resources.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff to foster a healthy environment conducive to recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend and implement strategies that enhance clients’ treatment experiences.
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and facilitate access to additional services as required.
• Utilize a coaching model and integrate natural learning environment practices into therapeutic sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification, as well as their families, working to address the unique challenges associated with substance use challenges. By providing tailored support, you will contribute to their emotional and social well-being, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and facilitating their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active license from the Department of Public Health with LCSW designation.
• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate any necessary client transport.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to various learning styles and client needs.
• Strong organization and time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster collaborative relationships.
• A commitment to the principles of equity and inclusion in service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of direct experience working with individuals in early intervention, detox, or substance use treatment settings.
• Proficiency in bilingual communication is encouraged, enhancing our ability to serve diverse populations.
• Experience with treatment methodologies focused on holistic and comprehensive recovery practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer an extensive benefits package that includes:
