Job Description:

As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the firm through accurate and timely client billing, accounts receivable management, general ledger posting, and account reconciliations. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, accounting team members, and clients to ensure billing processes are completed efficiently and accurately. You will utilize Deltek Vantagepoint accounting software (previous experience is a plus) and leverage your strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with others, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to contribute effectively and work well as part of a team.
• 3+ years of billing, accounting, or related financial experience.
• An associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional organization skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
