Billing Specialist

Overview Work Order Data Technician to support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. This role will assist in quality control and quality assurance and help identify a long-term plan to eliminate a work order backlog. The role focuses on minimizing O&M leakage during reconciliation while collaborating with peers to resolve issues and provide status updates. Compensation is a flat rate of $30/hour. Responsibilities Support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. Assist in quality control and quality assurance activities. Identify a long-term plan to eliminate work order backlog. Implement best practices to minimize O&M leakage during the reconciliation process. Collaborate with peers to solve issues and provide status updates. Required Skills & Experience Minimum one year of experience in Construction, Operations, Design, Maintenance or Utility/Energy industries. Experience with invoices, work orders, state of work, purchase orders, or charges. Experience reconciling backlog of work orders, identifying work orders without recent charges, and determining the proper action. Excel experience including VLOOKUP, index match, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and managing large data sets. Ability to provide a report summarizing the reconciliation work completed, including recommendations for future improvements. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience within or standing up a PMO structure. CAPM or PMP Certification (PMI). Experience with SAP and work order reconciliation, specifically with VLOOKUPs, index match, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and managing large data sets.
