⚡ Role: Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A

Industry: Digital Infrastructure / AI Infrastructure

Location: Remote, US

This is an opportunity to join a publicly traded digital infrastructure company that built one of the world's largest digital asset infrastructure platforms and today operates a growing portfolio of data center and technology infrastructure assets across North America and international markets.

Having established itself as a leader in digital infrastructure, the business is now investing heavily into AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, energy assets, and next-generation data center development , creating a unique opportunity to join during a period of significant transformation and growth.

This is a highly visible role reporting into senior Finance leadership, with regular exposure to Executive Leadership and the Board. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic finance partner across the organization while owning the company's long-range planning capabilities, supporting major capital allocation decisions, and helping shape the financial strategy of a rapidly evolving business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the company's integrated long-range financial model, incorporating business unit, corporate, capital allocation, and strategic growth assumptions
\n
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
\n
• Partner closely with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
\n
• Develop scenario analysis, business cases, and financial modelling to support major capital deployment decisions
\n
• Serve as a finance business partner to senior leaders across corporate functions and operating teams
\n
• Provide insights into business performance, operational drivers, and financial outcomes to support executive decision-making
\n
• Support Board materials, executive presentations, and strategic planning discussions
\n
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across planning and reporting processes
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
\n
• 8+ years of experience within Strategic Finance, Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related functions
\n
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and owning sophisticated long-range corporate financial models, preferably with a 5-year planning horizon
\n
• Strong FP&A background, including budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and business partnering responsibilities
\n
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams through strategic financial analysis and decision support
\n
• Demonstrated ability to influence capital allocation decisions, investment prioritization, and long-term business planning
\n
• Experience within digital infrastructure, data centers, AI infrastructure, power.
\n
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities, including scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and integrated three-statement forecasting
\n
• Prior Investment Banking or Private Equity experience is highly desirable
\n
