Enterprise Resources Planning Program Manager

Job Description

We’re seeking to connect an ERP Program Manager with a leading engineering and professional services company on a full-time basis. The role is remote with approximately 30% travel. As an ERP Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team and leverage your expertise in enterprise ERP leadership, program management, business process optimization, and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the enterprise ERP roadmap and lead post-implementation stabilization, adoption, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Lead an established ERP-focused team while partnering closely with Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and other business functions.
\n
• Evaluate business processes and translate organizational needs into scalable ERP capabilities and actionable improvements.
\n
• Establish priorities across competing stakeholder requirements and make timely decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
\n
• Partner with technical teams, system administrators, external implementation partners, and vendors to support integrations and platform enhancements.
\n
• Drive organizational adoption and expand the platform's value through future phases, enterprise applications, and technology-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications:

\n
• 10+ years of relevant experience with significant responsibility for complex enterprise ERP programs or transformations.
\n
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation, stabilization, governance, optimization, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
\n
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred; comparable large-scale ERP experience may also be considered.
\n
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication skills.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or similar certifications are preferred.

• Experience in engineering, architecture, consulting, professional services, or another project-based organization is preferred. U.S. citizenship is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered. Background check required
