Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Schedule: 4 months with potential 2-month extension

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Technology organization. This hands-on role serves as the operational backbone of the Technology Business Operations function, providing visibility into technology spend, vendor management, application lifecycle management, reporting, and governance activities.

Key responsibilities include managing the technology application inventory and renewal calendar, administering contracts and purchase requests through Zip, supporting financial planning and reporting processes, building dashboards and executive reporting, and coordinating internal technology communications. The role partners closely with Technology leadership, FP&A, Procurement, and functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience

• Technology Business Operations (TBO) or Technology Business Management (TBM)
• Financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis
• Vendor management, contract administration, and procurement processes
• Dashboard development, KPI reporting, and data analysis
• Executive reporting and presentation development
• Software asset management and application portfolio management
• Strong Excel, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• Process improvement and operational governance
• Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ideal Background: 3-5+ years in Business Operations, Technology Operations, PMO, IT Finance, Technology Business Management, or a similar operational role within a fast-growing technology organization
