Revenue Operations Analyst

Validate account and opportunity data and recommend improvements Troubleshoot GTM systems issues and configure new users Design and operationalize improvements that streamline customer-facing work Ensure GTM functions operate with consistency and scale Equip AEs, SDRs, and the broader GTM team with frameworks, playbooks, and training Develop onboarding programs, sales coaching, competitive battlecards, and product launch materials Build reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts Translate data into decisions that improve win rates and deal velocity Empower go-to-market teams to deliver value to customers in a technical AI environment Requirements 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives Builder mindset and ability to thrive in zero-to-one environments Ability to create durable processes from scratch Able to work in the San Francisco office 3-5 days a week Authorized to work in the US Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Revenue Operations and Sales Operations within high-growth B2B tech environments, focusing on process development, data analysis, and effective communication of technical concepts. Capable of designing and implementing frameworks and training programs that enhance team performance and customer value.
