ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a goal-driven Account Manager to grow revenue from new and existing customers. This inbound and outbound sales role works with churches across the United States, helping them find effective and efficient outreach and marketing solutions through the products and services offered on outreach.com. The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-focused, organized, and comfortable working toward clear sales goals.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$16.25/hour base pay + 2% commission on all products sold

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Grow account-based sales by 7.5% over the previous year
- Build sales pipelines, execute outbound call campaigns, and close sales
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Build a book of business and effectively manage named accounts
- Meet individual and department sales objectives
- Deliver excellent customer experiences by telephone, chat, and email
- Work consistently through established pipelines and internal processes
- Respond to customer needs with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail Requirements:
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Three years of B2B sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, plan, schedule, and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
- Energetic, positive, goal-driven attitude
- Strong listening and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to Outreach's mission, vision, and core values
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-year degree
- Sales or ministry experience working with churches
- Experience building and managing a book of business
- Understanding of church operations, outreach, and marketing needs
