Director of Operations Western Wisconsin | Dairy Manufacturing A respected and growing dairy manufacturer is seeking a strategic Director of Operations to join its executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished operations leader who enjoys building organizations, developing leadership talent, creating accountability, and helping guide long-term business growth. Serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in aligning operational strategy with company objectives while helping shape the future direction of the organization. What You'll Do Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives, operational strategy, and long-term business planning. Lead and develop managers across Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, Raw Dairy Operations, Packaging, Warehouse, and Shipping. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and leadership development. Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, performance management, and organizational development. Lead capacity planning, workforce planning, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure exceptional standards in food safety, employee safety, quality, and operational performance. Support capital investment decisions and future growth initiatives. What We're Looking For Progressive operations leadership experience within food, dairy, beverage, or related manufacturing environments (dairy preferred). Proven success developing leaders and building high-performing teams. Experience driving organizational growth, culture transformation, and operational improvement. Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with senior leadership. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence across the organization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of leadership experience, industry expertise, and demonstrated operational success required.
