Looking for a fresh start or a new career path? Farmers Insurance – Ken Smith Agency is hiring motivated individuals who are ready to grow personally and professionally in the Rio Rancho / Albuquerque area.
You don’t need prior insurance experience—we’ll provide everything you need, including licensing classes, training, and ongoing support.
About the Role: As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll work with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions. You'll also focus on building lasting relationships through excellent service and strong communication.
