To ensure customer success, you will provide holistic support to our customers and advise them on our services and solutions. This allows you to monitor performance and optimize campaigns as needed. You coordinate with other departments on various customer‑related topics, e.g., sales, online marketing, and customer service. You should bring along A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. in dialogue marketing, bank clerk) or a successfully completed degree (e.g. economics, social sciences, project management) Experience in account management or customer service Good technical understanding is desirable.
