Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique experiences, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to set specific therapeutic goals, consistently evaluating progress and adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy to clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to quality mental health support.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
