Providing essential technical support and administrative assistance, the part-time remote Field Operations Coordinator will ensure the successful completion of field operations by conducting quality control and supporting field representatives. Key responsibilities Provide technical support to field representatives via phone, email, and remote access Conduct checkout procedures to verify completion of field tasks and identify potential issues Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Call center or customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team High-speed internet and a quiet work environment at home office Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking abilities
