Job Title: Sr. Manager, Costing - UGG Apparel & AccessoriesReports to: Director, Costing - LifestyleLocation: Goleta, CA - HybridTypically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – ThursdayThe RoleAs the Sr. Manager, Costing for Apparel & Accessories, you’ll lead brand-specific costing activities, oversee team performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop long-term costing strategies that support margin improvement and corporate growth objectives. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactManage the costing process in the US, leading reviews with product teams at key seasonal milestonesLeverage costing expertise to proactively identify solutions for margin-challenged stylesCollaborate with Product & Design teams to ensure seasonal targets are achievedDrive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Sourcing, Planning, and Asia Costing to align shared strategiesLead efforts to mitigate inflation across logistics, materials, and production costsAnticipate risks, identify issues, and present actionable solutions to business partnersCoach, mentor, and develop direct reports, setting clear goals and driving resultsTrain and manage Costing Managers and junior team members, supporting their growth and developmentStreamline the product costing cycle through process improvements and develop analytical tools to standardize processesEnhance systems and processes to improve costing performance and meet business needsWho You AreBachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field7+ years of strategic apparel/accessories costing experienceExpert knowledge of cost management and product cost driversProven ability to drive initiatives and lead changeDemonstrated leadership experience supporting large-scale brands3+ years management experience, including hiring, training, and onboarding team membersAbility to identify development opportunities and support growth plans for direct reportsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeExperience with Product Lifecycle Management systems, FlexPLM or similar platformsStrong problem-solving skills and deep product costing expertiseWhat We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
