Degreed Accounting & Finance Associate
South Bay, CA | Temp-to-Hire | $25-$27/hour

Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
Support account reconciliations and financial reporting activities
Analyze financial and operational data using Excel
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis for management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Internship experience in accounting, finance, banking, business operations, or related field highly preferred
Strong academic record; GPA of 3.3+ preferred
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, internships, military service, or campus involvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits
$25-$27 per hour, depending on experience and skill set

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
