Position Overview

\n

The On-Demand Contract Staffing Recruiter partners with our delivery team to source, recruit, qualify, and place highly skilled contract consultants for our clients.

\n

You'll manage multiple active openings while maintaining an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Source passive technology professionals
\n
• Recruit contract consultants across multiple disciplines
\n
• Conduct video interviews and technical qualification calls
\n
• Present qualified candidates to Account Executives
\n
• Prepare candidates for client interviews
\n
• Manage offer negotiations
\n
• Coordinate onboarding activities
\n
• Maintain ATS and CRM accuracy
\n
• Build talent pipelines for recurring skill sets
\n
• Deliver outstanding candidate experiences
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3–5 years of agency recruiting or professional staffing experience
\n
• Experience placing contract or consulting talent
\n
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing skills
\n
• Experience recruiting within technology or professional services
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
