Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic full-time opportunity supporting student success in a school-based setting near Milwaukee, WI. This contract position for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 academic year offers the chance to make a real impact while working 40 hours per week with a diverse caseload. You'll primarily focus on 5th through 8th grade students, but also work with younger children from age 4 and up. Ideal candidates will have:

• Hold or are eligible for a valid SLP - CCC and/or SLP - CFY certification
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based SLP services
• Comfort with a caseload ranging from early elementary to middle school (ages 4–14)
• Ability to deliver in-person therapy on campus (teletherapy option not available at this time)
• Skills in evaluation, intervention, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Dedication to fostering communication skills in a diverse student population
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities for working with staff and families

In this role, you'll:

• Provide assessments and design customized intervention plans
• Deliver direct speech-language services in both group and individual settings
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, specialists, parents, and administrators
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
• Serve as a resource on speech-language development for students and school staff

This is an onsite-only position with the school, continuing throughout the full academic year at a competitive pay rate of up to $52/hour.
