Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Swing Shift | Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Graveyard Shift | Monday – Friday | 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an action-oriented Production Supervisor to direct daily manufacturing operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will keep our production lines running smoothly, mentor employees, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and output. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise daily shift operations, lead start-up meetings, and assign tasks based on production priorities and team member skill sets.
• Performance & Training: Manage ongoing performance, address productivity gaps through progressive discipline, and maintain accurate records for attendance, time off, and overtime.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Partner with Quality Control to maintain product standards, address quality issues immediately, and enforce company policies consistently.
• Operations & Maintenance: Work directly with the maintenance department to maximize equipment uptime, monitor safe machine operation, and log daily production metrics and reports into the system.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (Required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital production reporting tools (Required).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and clear team messaging.
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, solve problems under pressure, and drive results independently with minimal oversight.
