Home Performance Sales Professional

Comfenergy is GROWING, and we are looking for in-home sales professionals to run self-generated and company-provided leads with the goal to close sales in the home energy, basement waterproofing and foundation repair services. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments and they are preset by our appointment center - No Cold Calling). We focus on an excellent work life balance for all of our team members with Monday through Friday work schedules and primarily 9 to 5 work hours. The ideal candidate will have in-home sales experience. Windows/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries, or insurance restoration. Sales experience preferred but not required. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus, but we provide paid training to get your feet off the ground. The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first through WOW service.
