Proven success in outside sales within building materials,construction products, flooring, tiling, or related industries.Experience working with flooring or tile installation systems is preferred Strong relationship-building and business development skills Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply productsystems in real-world applications Effective presentation and communication skills, includingtraining and demonstration experience Practical problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage aterritory effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment Aligns with our company values; Fuel Passion, DriveInnovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging.
